These Crocodiles Rock

You're never going to believe it. Ya'll all know what a shoe-ho I am, and I saw something today that made me really excited.

But first, a little back story... This might get me into a lot of trouble, but I'm just going to go for it. Ready?

My close friends know this about me but I'm bringing you in on a pet peeve of mine.... I hate Crocs on grown people. I think adults look silly when they wear them, like giant toddlers with hobbit feet.

Now, before you get all pissy on me, please know - I am a complete hypocrite because I WEAR THEM. But not in public, only at home around the house or in the yard. I love how comfortable and convenient they are. But in my mind, they are right up there with Heelys - completely meant for children.

Or... they used to be.
Lookit!! The new line of YOU by Crocs:

High wedge boots!

T-strap patent leather heels!!

PEEP TOES!!!! Squeeeeeee!!!!

OHMommy brought it to my attention and is even giving away a pair over at Classy Chaos. (butdon'tevenTHINKofgoingovertherebecauseI'mgoingtowinthem!!)

They're a bit pricey (starting around $120) but if they are as comfortable as their hobbit-esque counterparts - not to mention as durable - that's a fantastic investment.

Can you say, "Helloooooo Fall?"

You will never believe how comfy they are. I have not taken them off.

. Amen. Why do the adults choose the brightest color possible? I had seen they had come out with some other styles. I do not own any Crocs but would probably like them around the house. Can't bring myself to try any on or pay the price for that ugly of a shoe........................yet.

I am stunned. I didn't expect that from the rubber shoe people. Who knew? I really must check these out. I am addicted to my Crocs flip-flops, I wear them all summer long!

I saw that this morning and I love them but when I hit their site I saw none in size 5 :(
Poor me--guess I'll settle for the Choos which do come in my size--at least this is what I tell the husband ;)

(My oldest daughter has banned the 'other' Crocs from the house as she declares them the ugliest ever!)

I swore off crocs until I was introduced to the 'Mary Jane' croc. I LOVE them.

Sorry, but I'm going to win. I have a passion for all things free~

They are so cute. Don't you love the peep toes? How did you get OhMommy, queen of the giveaway to comment first on your site? Do you have an inside into this drawing???

I agree with you on those crocs. They are cute for kids, but I'm not crazy about them on grown feet ;).

I share you opinion about crocs and adults.

I have never dare try on a pair in case the comfort entices me to the dark side and I appear a hypocrite.

But those new styles are some crocs I can get on board with.

I agree with you about the Crocs, I refuse to buy any.

But the ones you posted?

So cute. So chic.

I love them!
